In this role you will serve as the primary lead (quarterback) to strategically plan, develop and manage all aspects of the company’s global product management processes for specified product line(s) for long-term (2-5 year) global product line development, rationalization, product price positioning, profitability, research, VOC/Market evaluation and analysis of existing and new products.
You will also work collaboratively with the Regional Leaders and/or Regional Product managers to g ather and consolidate market input & VOC from each market to determine if there is a “bigger opportunity” and/or other “common” opportunities that afford standardization, etc. across product lines and across regions.
Job Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience as a product manager, engineer or marketing executive within the agricultural equipment industry. Global experience required. Demonstrated, successful, strong process building skills and an ability to drive such processes within respective global regions and across functions are also required.
